We’re excited to introduce a new offering at Healing Kind:

Five-Element Acupuncture with Heather Conners.
Heather’s sessions are intentionally different from standard acupuncture care.
Each appointment is a full, uninterrupted hour, with Heather present in the room the entire time. This allows for a level of attunement, observation, and responsiveness that isn’t possible in shared or abbreviated treatments.
What is Five-Element Acupuncture?
Five-Element acupuncture is a classical approach that focuses less on isolated symptoms and more on underlying patterns—how physical symptoms, emotional states, posture, habits, and life stressors are all expressions of the same core imbalance.
Rather than asking “What’s wrong with this body part?” the question becomes:
“What is this system trying to communicate?”
Heather’s Approach
Heather works through deep listening and pattern recognition. She reads the body’s language—through pulse, posture, tone, energy, and response—to identify where something fundamental is out of alignment.
Some people experience this work as deeply relational and reflective. Others experience it quietly and internally, without needing to explain or analyze anything.
The needles themselves act as the primary connection point, allowing change to happen without requiring insight, storytelling, or verbal processing.
Who This Work Is Especially Helpful For
Chronic or cyclical issues that don’t fit neatly into a diagnosis
Symptoms that shift locations or systems but feel “the same” underneath
Long-standing fatigue, emotional depletion, or loss of vitality
People who feel they’ve “fallen through the cracks” of conventional care
Many patients say this work feels like being accurately recognized—sometimes for the first time.
Why These Sessions Are Priced Higher
This care reflects:
One-on-one, full-hour presence
Highly specialized training and perceptual skill
A slower, more precise therapeutic process
Work aimed at foundational change, not short-term symptom management
If you’ve felt that your symptoms are part of a deeper, repeating pattern—and you’re ready to address the root rather than the surface—this may be a good fit.
Appointments with Heather are now available. Please contact the office if you’d like help determining whether this approach is right for you.
